Attestation of Power of Attorney:

(Note: Please bring 2 Copies of each Power of Attorney  and Pakistani Original ID with in person of executants along with original Power of Attorney documents)

The concerned Mission, High Commission/Consulate General only attest signature(s) of the executant(s) on the Power of Attorney. The Power of Attorney is not prepared by us. We only attest the signature(s) of the execucant(s) and do not take any responsibility of the contents of the Power of Attorney.


FEE:

Note: Fee is acceptable in the form of Bank Draft, Money Order, or Certified Check in the favour of Consulate General of Pakistan. However, to facilitate the applicants, Habib Canadian Bank's  booth at the Consulate General of Pakistan, Toronto, prepares bank draft and charges  $5 fee. The Bank also aceepts debit or credit cards and cash during the document submission timings ie 0915-1215 hrs.

 

An ATM facility has also been made available at the Consulate General of Pakistan for the visitors. Visitors who intend to pay fees for consular services in cash during application submission hours may use the ATM facility.


C$ 20 fee is charged in the form of bank draft/money order for attestation of a 3-page document. For each additional page C$20 are charged.
 

Note: For attestation of Power of attorney every executant has to come personally in Consulate General and must signed the documents before the concerned official.

No Appointment is require for the submission of documents

Papers related to pension documents must be submitted by pensioner personally. In case of ailment the pensioner needs to submit a certificate of doctor stating the health condition and reason of handicap for not presenting physically.
