Documents can be submitted personally or through registered / Courier mail.
Requirements for Attestation:
Ø Original documents along with 2 sets of Photocopies
Ø Original and 2 Photocopies of Pakistani Passport or CNIC/NICOP.
Ø All documents issued from Pakistan must be attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Pakistan
Ø All Canadian documents must be attested by Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs (DFAIT)
Ø All education document must be attested by HEC (Higher Education Commission) and subsequently ministry of Foreign Affairs Islamabad.

Fee
Note: Fee is acceptable in the form of Bank Draft, Money Order, or Certified Check in the favour of Consulate General of Pakistan. However, to facilitate the applicants, Habib Canadian Bank's booth at the Consulate General of Pakistan, Toronto, prepares bank draft and charges $5 fee. The Bank also aceepts debit or credit cards and cash during the document submission timings ie 0915-1215 hrs.
An ATM facility has also been made available at the Consulate General of Pakistan for the visitors. Visitors who intend to pay fees for consular services in cash during application submission hours may use the ATM facility.
Ø Can $ 20 is charged for the first three (3) continuous pages of a single document.
Ø Documents issued by any authority or Govt of Pakistan Department must be attested by Foreign Office Pakistan prior to attestation at Consulate General.
Ø Documents except Power of Attorney will be accepted for attestation after scrutiny.
Ø The Consulate General may send a document to the issuing authority or the originator for verification which may take indefinite time.
Ø Additional pages are charged @ Can $ 20 per page
Ø Habib Canadian Bank has a booth within the premises of Consulate General of Pakistan, Toronto
Jurisdiction
Ø Consulate General of Pakistan Toronto will provide services to residents of Ontario except Ottawa.
