The Consulate General is issuing Machine Readable
Passports (MRP) only. Manual Passports are issued in very rare cases and with
very limited validity in Emergency cases/deportation cases on payment of urgent Fee.
Applicants who apply for manual passport must fill up the form, complete all
requirements and appear for an interview at Consulate between
10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- Applicant(s)
holding CNIC / NICOP / CRC must apply for MRP.
- The
applicants who are eligible for MRP will not be issued manual
passports
- All applicants of Manual Passport must posses
CNIC/NICOP/CRC. In case the applicant does not have CNIC/NICOP/CRC
they must simultaneously apply for NICOP at the time of submission of
Manual passport and feereceipt of NICOP must be attached with manual
passport application.
- Manual passports are non-extendable.
- For any amendments in Manual Passport please provide
revised CNIC/NICOP/CRC
- Manual passport applicants will be interviewed and
decision to issue manual passport will be made on case to case basis.
Documents Required
- Completely filled up and signed Passport Application
form with applicant signature and thumb impressions
- Photocopy of valid Canadian Status (Canadian
Passport / Citizenship Card / PR Card / Study Permit / Visit Visa.
- Three passport size (1.5" x 2")
photographs on non-glazed paper (Colored and taken during last 3
months).
- Original Pakistani passport along with one photocopy
each of the inside cover and pages 1, 2 and 3 of that old passport. (For
children, see Additional documents for children bellow.)
- Original Pakistani National Identity Card along with
photocopy of both sides of the identity card. (For children, see Additional documents
for children bellow.)

Born in Canada:
Attach a copy of registration form (S1). If S1 not yet processed, submit
registration forms (S and S1) and related supporting documents along with
passport application. (See
requirements for registration of a child).
b. Born in Pakistan:
Attach a copy of Computerized CRC (Child Registration Certificate) OR
RG (II) i.e B ( ) form.
c. Endorsed on mother's passport:
Attach a copy of each of the inside cover and pages 1, 2 and 3 of
mother's passport and relevant page of the passport where the baby was
endorsed.

Note: Applications can be sent
by mail along with all required documents, fee and a return pre-paid,
self-addressed courier envelope.

Fees:
Note: Fee is acceptable in the form of Bank
Draft, Money Order, or Certified Check in the favour of Consulate General of
Pakistan. However, to facilitate the applicants, Habib Canadian Bank's
booth at the Consulate General of Pakistan, Toronto, prepares bank
draft and charges $5 fee. The Bank also aceepts debit or credit cards
and cash during the document submission timings ie 0915-1215 hrs.
An
ATM facility has also been made available at the Consulate General of
Pakistan for the visitors. Visitors who intend to pay fees for consular
services in cash during application submission hours may use the ATM
facility.

for bank services and has a CD $5 service charges

Applications
are accepted on working days (Monday to Friday) from 0915 hrs to 1215 hrs (unless
otherwise announced in news at Home page for particular days).
Passport/Documents pickup time is on working days (Monday to Friday) from
0915 hrs to 1215 hrs & 1400 hrs to 1600 hrs (unless
otherwise announced for particular days).
Note: Please retain your receipt issued from the
Consulate General, as it will be required to collect your documents.
Passport(s) can not be issued/returned on due date if the application form
is incomplete or required documents are missings.
